• +75% if you're going to use the art for a game, a book cover, a comic, etc.. Regardless you may NOT sell any type of merchandising with my art without my permission

Terms of service

Please, read this carefully before proceeding to request any of my services.✫GENERAL INFO✫
· You are only buying the digital file,not the printed art or any other type of merchandising . I do not provide this kind of merchandising.· I reserve the right of cancelling your order if I cannot/don’t want to draw what you’re asking for.· I am not selling the rights to the art, just the illustration itself. You MUST credit me as the artist. You CANNOT claim the illustration as your own.· By purchasing any of my services you’re automatically certifying you’ve fully understood and agreed with all the terms listed,as well as promising you won’t request a paypal chargeback at any moment.
· Be sure of saving the illustration in a safe place,such as your computer or usb memory.· All payments are made through Paypal and ONLY Paypal. No other payment method is accepted.· All prices are base prices· An initial deposit of 40% must be paid before I start working.· You may ask for changes only at the sketch / flat color phase. After that, big changes will be charged + 3 Euros per change.· Commercial use destined illustrations will be charged different. These prices do not apply entirely to those pieces.· You must provide me with visual references. If not, the price may increase.✫ABOUT THE ART✫· I’ll send you a full-resolution file of the final product via email, but my signature will remain on it.· Keep in mind that my art style it’s always evolving, so the examples might be a bit different from the final product of your illustration (just things like lineart style, coloring, etc.) . Still, these are very slight changes.· You will be able to see the sketch (or sketch + flat colors), at which point you will be able to request any desired changes. Any changes (aside from slight color adjusting) will be charged +3 euros per change.· The prices are per character (if applicable), therefore if you want more than one character, refer to the pricelist for more info.✫COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY✫
As the artist, I hold every right over the artwork produced, so I may:· Use the illustration as an example of my work and display it on my portfolio.· Post the process of the drawing (stuff like speedpaints) and/or the final product on my social media such as twitter, instagram, deviantArt, youtube, artstation, etc, (always giving you the proper credits as the owner of the characters) . Unless I’m told not do so.As the client, you may:· Post the final product on your social media, always giving me the proper credits for the artwork.· Use the art for personal and non-profit purposes only ( You can do merchandising with it, as long as isn’t put on sale )· Use the art as your icon, header, decoration for your website, etc.As the client, you may NOT:· Copy, sell, redistribute, trace or modify my artwork in any form.
· Remove/hide my signature
· Sell merchandising with my artwork in it.✫ WORK SPEED ✫· My work speed depends, but it could take me from less than a week to 3 months ( in the worst cases )· If everything goes as usual, the illustration would be ready around one or two weeks after you ordered your commission.· You’re free of asking for the status of the drawing at any moment.· Please, do not rush me.· If you want the artwork to be ready finished by a certain deadline please specify in the form. This will charge an extra fee to your commission ( depending on the distance of the deadline ).✫PAYMENT PROCESS✫· I’ll only accept Paypal (EUR). You must convert the currency to EUR yourself through Paypal before sending it to me.· I require a safe deposit of 40% of the full price before I start working so my work will be paid in case you drop the commission or disappear midway.· I will request the payment to your paypal address using an invoice.· You have to send the payment in the next 2 days after I sent you an invoice. If you won’t be able to pay in that time please let me know so we can discuss anything if needed.· Do not send me any kind of payment until I’ve accepted your order. Wait for my instructions first.✫ REFUNDS ✫· I only do refunds of the 100% if I haven’t started on your drawing yet.
